A founding member of Monarch Group Hotels, Kuntal brings 12+ years of hotel and resort operations experience. She oversees brand standards, staff training and compliance across the portfolio, championing technology and innovation to elevate both staff productivity and the guest experience.

A Texas A&M honors Mechanical Engineer, Rupak spent 17 years in billion-dollar plant construction before founding Banff Construction, specializing in hospitality builds. He leads the planning, design and renovation of Monarch's hotels and resorts — delivering every project on time, on budget and to the highest standard of quality.

Bhavana brings deep expertise in financial strategy, operational efficiency and risk management to the hospitality sector. She drives profitability and sustainable growth across the group while balancing operational performance with fiscal responsibility.
