NSR MediaGrow with NSR

The thinking behind NSR

Growth starts
with connection.

We’re building the growth infrastructure behind ambitious local businesses. Marketing, technology, and emerging local talent, connected around what comes next.

Growth Technology Talent

Where it began

We came through the same pipeline we’re now building.

Our experience in student organizations and early business work showed us how much young people can do when they’re trusted with a real opportunity. Talent is already here. The path from potential to professional responsibility often isn’t.

At the same time, ambitious local businesses need modern skills, reliable systems, and people who can put them to work. NSR connects those needs: growth strategy and technology today, with a supported talent pathway taking shape through Launchpad.

Who you work with

Two co-founders.
Direct accountability.

NSR is founder-led. Chuong Ngo is co-founder and CEO; Siddhanth Raju is co-founder and CFO. The people who make the decisions are the people doing the work, and you deal with them directly.

Chuong Ngo, Co-founder & CEO

Chuong Ngo

Co-founder & CEO

Design & engineering

Chuong is co-founder and CEO. He sets NSR’s direction and does the design and engineering himself—brand and identity, the websites clients launch on, and the technology that connects them—and stays on a build from the first conversation through launch.

  • Company direction and what NSR takes on
  • Brand identity and creative direction
  • Website design, build, and performance
  • Technology, CRM, automation, and analytics

“Professional design should connect to measurable business results.”

Siddhanth Raju, Co-founder & CFO

Siddhanth Raju

Co-founder & CFO

Operations & delivery

Siddhanth is co-founder and CFO. He owns the commercial side—pricing, scope, and the terms behind an engagement—along with the scheduling and coordination that get work delivered and keep what NSR agreed to matched to what NSR ships.

  • Pricing, scope, and commercial terms
  • Budgeting and business operations
  • Project scheduling and delivery
  • Client communication and follow-through

“Clear scope and reliable execution are part of the client experience.”

NSR Launchpad In development

Local potential.
Real possibility.

We’re building a bridge between young people ready for responsibility and businesses ready to grow. Launchpad is designed to bring screening, training, mentorship, and quality control around meaningful paid work.

Explore Launchpad

We’re building Launchpad and inviting early conversations with students, businesses, and educators. Register your interest to help shape what comes next.

NSR Launchpad is in development. We are exploring future workshops and student opportunities through conversations with local student business-organization officers. No formal school, chapter, or business partnerships have been established yet.

CTE programs and additional schools are intended collaborators as Launchpad develops.

These conversations do not imply an official partnership with, or endorsement by, any school, district, or student business organization.

What holds it together

A connected system.
Clear responsibility.

01

Start with the business.

Understand the customer, the ambition, and the friction before deciding what to build. Strategy gives the work a shared direction.

02

Connect the people and pieces.

Marketing creates demand. Technology supports the operation. Prepared, supported talent helps put the plan into practice.

03

Make responsibility explicit.

Define the scope, ownership, and standards. Your domain, website, approved content, and client-specific deliverables belong to you under the agreement.

Before we meet

Questions?
Let’s make it clear.

02How long does a launch take?

A focused Foundation launch typically takes two to four weeks once content, access, and decisions are available. Larger projects follow an agreed roadmap.

03Do we own what NSR builds?

Yes. Your domain, website, approved content, and deliverables belong to you.

04Can we start with one service?

Yes. Start with one service and add support as your needs change.

05Do you guarantee rankings or lead volume?

We don’t guarantee search rankings or lead volume. We track the work and report what the evidence shows.

06Do you work outside Corpus Christi?

Yes. We serve Corpus Christi, the Coastal Bend, and businesses across Texas.
