NSR Media respects the privacy of visitors, prospects, clients, and collaborators. This policy explains what information the website collects, why NSR uses it, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you.

This policy applies to meetnsr.com and direct website inquiries. A signed client agreement, platform-specific notice, or separate consent may add terms for a particular service.

Information we collect

Information you provide can include your name, business name, email, phone number, service interest, project details, files you intentionally share, and messages sent to NSR.

The website may automatically collect device and browser information, approximate location derived from an IP address, referring page, pages viewed, interaction events, form status, and campaign parameters. NSR does not intentionally collect payment-card information through the public inquiry form.

How we use information

NSR uses information to respond to inquiries, prepare and deliver services, operate and secure the website, measure customer journeys, improve content and conversion paths, meet legal or accounting obligations, prevent abuse, and communicate about an active relationship.

NSR does not sell personal information. NSR does not use inquiry details to train a public model or publish a case study without an appropriate basis and permission.

Cookies and tracking technologies

The site may use first-party storage, Google Analytics, campaign parameters, and similar technologies to understand aggregate traffic, diagnose problems, and measure actions such as calls or form submissions.

You can limit cookies through your browser and may use privacy controls such as Global Privacy Control where supported. Blocking some technologies may reduce measurement but should not prevent access to the site's main reading content.

How we share information

NSR may share the minimum necessary information with service providers that support hosting, forms, email delivery, analytics, security, storage, scheduling, CRM, and professional operations. Those providers process information under their own agreements and policies.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business reorganization, or with your direction. NSR does not share inquiry information for another company's independent advertising list.

Third-party services

Vercel hosts the website and stores public-inquiry records in access-controlled private Blob storage. Resend processes the minimum inquiry information needed to deliver notification email to NSR. Google Analytics may process aggregate website activity when analytics is enabled on the production site.

CRM, scheduling, social, and other third-party services linked from the site are controlled by their operators. Review their policies before providing information directly to them.

Data retention

NSR retains inquiry records in private Vercel Blob storage only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, an active or prospective business relationship, security, dispute resolution, legal obligations, or recordkeeping. Retention periods vary by data type and context.

When information is no longer required, NSR deletes, de-identifies, or securely archives it according to the systems and obligations involved.

Data security

NSR uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to a small professional-services business. Inquiry records are not exposed through a public reader and access is limited through managed private storage credentials. Other measures may include encrypted transport, managed hosting, backups, software updates, and limited account access.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Do not send passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through the public inquiry form.

Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or information about disclosure and processing. You may also object to or opt out of certain uses.

To make a request, email hello@meetnsr.com. NSR may need to verify identity and authority before acting. Authorized agents should identify the person represented and provide appropriate proof. NSR will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Marketing communications

NSR may send relationship or service messages that are necessary to respond to you or deliver work. Promotional email or SMS is sent only when NSR has a lawful basis and an appropriate consent path.

You can unsubscribe from promotional email using the message link or contact NSR directly. Transactional or client-service communication may continue while needed for the relationship.

Children's privacy

NSR's services are directed to businesses and adults. The website is not intended for children under 13, and NSR does not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact NSR if you believe a child submitted information so it can be reviewed and removed.

Third-party links

The site links to social platforms, client or concept sites, articles, and other external resources. A link does not make NSR responsible for the external site's privacy, security, availability, or content.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Browsers do not apply a universal Do Not Track standard. Where legally required and technically available, NSR treats a valid Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request for the browser or device sending it.
