01 / The problem
Make three venues findable — starting with the one Google could not see.
Three Wix sites across two paint-and-sip studios and an event venue were competing for local searches they were not set up to win. Page titles and descriptions were generic or still left at template defaults, Search Console was not verified anywhere, so nobody could see what was happening, and Google Business Profiles were listing a single category each with wrong hours. One site was not in the running at all.
Measurement came first. Verifying Search Console on all three sites is what surfaced the real problem — Tipsy Canvas McAllen was carrying a site-wide noindex that hid the entire site from Google. No amount of metadata work matters while that is in place, so it was fixed before anything else was judged.
02 / What changed
Before and after.
A three-week local SEO and Google Business Profile overhaul across all three brands: 26 pages of rewritten metadata, Search Console verified on every site, a site-wide noindex removed, GBP categories, hours and descriptions corrected, Open Graph fixed on the money pages, and a posting cadence launched from real booking calendars.
Before
Tipsy Canvas McAllen carried a site-wide noindex directive, keeping the whole site out of Google.
After
The block was found and removed, then indexing status was audited page by page across all 26 fixed pages.
Before
No Search Console on any of the three sites — no visibility into search performance at all.
After
Search Console verified on all three via Wix's site-verification flow.
Before
26 pages carried generic titles and meta descriptions, several still at template defaults.
After
All 26 rewritten — 9 on Crazy Picasso, 2 on Celebrate Party Venue, 15 on Tipsy Canvas McAllen — with keyword-targeted, location-specific titles such as “Kids Birthday Parties | Crazy Picasso Corpus Christi”, across every core service page.
Before
Crazy Picasso and Celebrate Party Venue each listed a single Google Business Profile category.
After
Each expanded to four categories, widening the searches the listings can appear for.
Before
Business Profile hours were wrong and descriptions were thin across all three listings.
After
Hours corrected and business descriptions rewritten for all three.
Before
Open Graph tags were broken on the core money pages, so shared links previewed badly.
After
Open Graph fixed on those pages, so links preview correctly when shared.
Before
No Business Profile posting activity on any of the three brands.
After
A posting cadence built and launched — 10 posts across the three brands, drawn from real booking calendars.
03 / Handover and outcome
Built to be handed back.
The posting cadence was built to be continued by the venues from their own booking calendars, rather than depending on NSR to source content each week.
Over the tracked 23-day window, daily search impressions rose 48% for Tipsy Canvas McAllen and 7% for Crazy Picasso.
