01 / The problem
Explain an unfamiliar cuisine fast enough to win the dinner decision.
Cantonese roast meats are an easy yes for people who know them and a complete unknown to everyone else. The website has to teach and sell in the same breath, before the visitor moves on to a familiar option.
A self-directed concept for a family-owned Corpus Christi BBQ house. The build leans on dish specificity and warm art direction to make the cuisine approachable.
02 / From question to implementation
What NSR built.
A responsive restaurant concept with a warm, dark identity, specific dish language in the opening copy, storefront and dish photography, Menu, Our Story, and Visit sections, and a direct delivery-platform handoff.
01 / Part of the solution
Named dishes, not categories
Roast duck, lacquered char siu, crackling pork belly, and pillow-soft bao appear in the first paragraph, teaching the menu in the space most sites spend on a slogan.
02 / Part of the solution
The storefront as reassurance
A photograph of the actual building, ringed with dish close-ups, tells a first-time visitor what they are driving to.
03 / Part of the solution
No new ordering system
The primary action hands off to the restaurant's existing delivery platform, with a tappable number and today's opening time beside it.

03 / The intended outcome
Designed business impact.
Make an unfamiliar menu legible in one screen and route a decided visitor straight to the existing ordering platform.
