Privacy Policy

Last updated · July 6, 2026meetnsr.com

Your trust is the foundation of our business. This policy explains — in plain English — what information NSR Media collects, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the choices and rights you have.

01

Overview

NSR Media (“NSR Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website meetnsr.com and provides web design, branding, local SEO, and digital marketing services to small businesses in Corpus Christi and across the Coastal Bend. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through our website, our contact and quote-request forms, and in the course of providing our services.

By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

02

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit our quote or contact form, email us, or call us, we collect the details you choose to share — typically your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), and the project details in your message. If you become a client, we may also collect billing information, account credentials, and the content and assets you provide for your project.

Information we collect automatically

When you visit our website, we and our analytics providers may automatically collect limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and device, the pages you view, the website that referred you, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies & tracking technologies”).

Information from third parties

We may receive information from analytics and advertising partners (for example, aggregated campaign performance) and from platforms such as Google Business Profile when you interact with our listings. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as government IDs, health, or financial-account numbers) through our website.

03

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your quote requests, questions, and inquiries.
  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve our services and website.
  • Communicate with you about projects, including updates, scheduling, and service-related notices.
  • Send marketing or promotional messages where you have opted in or as otherwise permitted by law (you can opt out anytime).
  • Measure and improve the performance of our website and marketing campaigns.
  • Protect the security and integrity of our website, prevent fraud, and enforce our terms.
  • Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
04

Cookies & tracking technologies

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic — which pages get visited, how visitors find us, and which buttons get clicked. It sets a small number of first-party cookies (names beginning with _ga) to tell returning visitors apart.

We run it in a privacy-conscious configuration: IP addresses are anonymized, ad-personalization signals are disabled, and we don't run advertising pixels, retargeting tags, or any other third-party trackers. Analytics only ever measures aggregate traffic and page interactions — never the contents of your quote request. If we change tools or how we use them, we'll update this section and the date at the top of this page.

You can always control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers let you block them.

05

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

  • Service providers who process data on our behalf — currently our website host and our transactional email provider, which delivers your quote request to our inbox — under agreements that require them to protect your information.
  • Analytics partners — currently Google Analytics 4 (see “Cookies & tracking technologies”) — and only in aggregate — never the contents of your quote request.
  • Legal & safety when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of NSR Media, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, where information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
06

Third-party services

We keep the list of third parties short on purpose. Today, this website relies on:

  • Netlify — our website host and content delivery network.
  • Resend — our transactional email provider, used only to deliver quote-request notifications and confirmation emails.
  • Portfolio previews — the “Recent work” section on our homepage embeds a preview of each project, either a live client website (from that client's own domain) or a demo build hosted on meetnsr.com. To faithfully show that project's own design, a preview may load its own fonts or assets — which can include Google Fonts — independent of the fonts this website uses for itself.

Outside of portfolio previews, our typefaces are self-hosted with the website's own files — we do not load fonts from Google Fonts or any other font CDN on our own pages. We also maintain a free Google Business Profile listing, which is how we appear on Google Search and Maps; that listing is governed by Google's own privacy policy, not ours. Each third-party provider above handles data under its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review them.

07

Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy — for example, to respond to your inquiry, deliver our services, and meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements. Quote-request details are retained so we can follow up with you; if you ask us to delete them and we have no legal reason to keep them, we will.

08

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information — including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls that limit who can view your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work hard to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09

Your privacy rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct — ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Delete — ask us to delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Opt out — unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell your personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

EEA, UK & other regions

If you are in a region with comprehensive privacy laws (such as the GDPR), you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. We process personal information based on your consent, to perform a contract with you, to comply with our legal obligations, or for our legitimate business interests.

How to exercise your rights

To make a request, email us at hello@meetnsr.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will reply within the timeframe required by applicable law.

10

Marketing communications

We may send promotional emails or text messages only where you have opted in or where otherwise permitted by law. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails, replying “STOP” to a text message, or emailing us at hello@meetnsr.com. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send you non-promotional, service-related messages about projects you have engaged us for.

11

Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

13

Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because there is no common industry standard for DNT, our website does not currently respond to DNT signals. Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC).

14

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will provide a more prominent notice where appropriate. Your continued use of our website or services after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.

15

Contact us

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your information, we'd be glad to help — in plain English.
