01 / The problem
Make a clinical service credible to the coordinator who books it.
Mobile imaging is ordered by discharge planners, facility administrators, and family caregivers under time pressure. They need coverage area, turnaround, and payer status immediately — and the ordering path has to work on a phone in a hallway.
A self-directed concept for a New Jersey mobile diagnostic imaging provider. The build is organized around the questions a professional referrer asks before placing an order.
02 / From question to implementation
What NSR built.
A responsive healthcare concept with a clinical identity, a live diagnostic-feed panel covering modalities and turnaround, Services, How It Works, About, and Contact sections, and a persistent request-service action.
01 / Part of the solution
Coverage stated as a promise
“Hospital-quality imaging, delivered to your doorstep” is followed immediately by the settings served — at home, in assisted living, and at medical facilities.
02 / Part of the solution
The screening facts, surfaced
Modalities, Medicare-approved status, two-hour report turnaround, twenty-plus years of service, and statewide coverage are presented as a panel rather than buried in body copy.
03 / Part of the solution
Two ways to order
Request Service and a tappable number sit together, matching a referrer who may be at a desk or walking a floor.

03 / The intended outcome
Designed business impact.
Put the facts a booking coordinator screens on into the first screen, and keep the request path reachable from anywhere on the page.
