01 / The problem
Build for a customer whose first contact is a messaging app.
For a repair workshop in Bauchi, the website is not the destination — the conversation is. A visitor on a phone with limited data needs the services, the hours, and a way into chat, not a contact form that expects email.
A self-directed concept for a motorcycle and tricycle repair workshop in Bauchi, Nigeria. The build treats messaging as the primary conversion path rather than an alternative to a form.
02 / From question to implementation
What NSR built.
A responsive workshop concept with a WhatsApp-first contact model, Home, About, Services, Gallery, and Contact sections, a language switcher, and experience, service-count, and daily-hours figures in the hero.
01 / Part of the solution
Chat as the primary action
“Call / WhatsApp Us” leads the hero and a floating WhatsApp control follows the scroll, matching how the workshop is actually contacted.
02 / Part of the solution
Trust in three numbers
Ten-plus years of experience, seventeen services offered, and daily 8–9 hours answer the competence and availability questions immediately.
03 / Part of the solution
Built for the local context
A language switcher sits in the navigation, and the layout stays legible on a small screen over a constrained connection.

03 / The intended outcome
Designed business impact.
Route a visitor into the messaging channel the workshop already uses, in as few taps as the device allows.
