01 / The problem
Give a hospitality developer a front door built for partners, not guests.
A hotel development and management group is not selling rooms on its own website — it is talking to owners, investors, and municipalities. That audience needs the portfolio, the management capability, and the people, presented with the weight the asset class implies.
A self-directed concept for a South Texas hotel development and management group. The build treats the property portfolio as the primary argument and uses a navy-and-gold editorial system to match the asset class.
02 / From question to implementation
What NSR built.
A responsive corporate hospitality concept with a landmark-led hero, and Management, Our Team, Properties, Projects, and Development sections routed from a single navigation to one enquiry action.
01 / Part of the solution
Landmarks as the argument
“Building South Texas hospitality, one landmark at a time” runs over a property image, putting the built work in front of the corporate copy.
02 / Part of the solution
Structured for a partner audience
Management, Our Team, Properties, Projects, and Development are separated so an investor, an owner, and a municipality each find their section without scrolling a single narrative.
03 / Part of the solution
One action, repeated
Enquiry Now is the only call to action, held in the navigation and the hero, with the corporate address and email in a persistent top bar.

03 / The intended outcome
Designed business impact.
Make the group's track record legible to a prospective partner quickly, and route every section toward a single enquiry rather than a booking.
