Industry / Home services

Websites and Google visibility for home-service companies.

For roofing, HVAC, plumbing and electrical companies and similar trades in Corpus Christi and the Coastal Bend. We find what is quietly costing you calls and fix it, with published prices and work you own.

The opportunity

What quietly costs a contractor calls.

Homeowners usually choose who to call from a phone, often in a hurry: a leak, no cooling, a storm. They search, glance at the map results, open one or two websites and call whoever makes it easiest.

The things that send that call elsewhere rarely show up as an error. A Google Business Profile with one category and the wrong hours. A service page whose title doesn’t name the service or the city. A phone number buried below a slider. A site setting that quietly tells Google to skip a page. None of it breaks the website. It just makes the phone quieter.

What we check

Exactly what we look at.

  1. 01

    Can Google see every page?

Indexing settings such as a stray noindex tag, robots.txt, the sitemap and Search Console coverage. Nothing else matters while a page is hidden. You can ask for this check on its own, free, on our “Is Google hiding your site?” page.

  2. 02

    Your Google Business Profile

Primary and secondary categories, services, service area, hours, phone, the website link, photos and posts.

  3. 03

    Page titles and descriptions

Whether each service page names the service and the city, the way a homeowner searches for it.

  4. 04

The path to a call on a phone

Whether the number is one tap away on every page, whether the form works, and how fast the page loads on a phone.

  5. 05

    Service and area pages

Whether each core job you want more of has its own clear page.

  6. 06

    Reviews

How recent they are, whether you reply, and whether you have a simple, honest way to ask happy customers.

  7. 07

    Consistency across the web

Whether your name, phone and website match on Google, Bing, Apple Maps and the main directories.

  8. 08

    Tracking

Whether you can tell which calls and forms came from Google, the website or a referral.

A real client example · a different industry

A whole website hidden from Google.

The Crazy Picasso group (Crazy Picasso, Tipsy Canvas and Celebrate Party Venue) is a 3-venue paint-and-sip and events business, not a home-service company. We include it because the problems are the kind we look for in any local business.

We found a setting hiding an entire site from Google, rewrote 26 pages of titles and descriptions, and took each Google listing from 1 category to 4. Daily Google impressions rose 48% for Tipsy Canvas and 7% for Crazy Picasso, over 23 days. Impressions are how often the businesses appeared in Google results; calls and bookings were not measured.

Questions

Straight answers.
Before we start.

01Do you work with roofers, HVAC and plumbing companies?

Yes. Home services are our first focus: roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and similar trades in Corpus Christi and the Coastal Bend.

02Can you show me results from another contractor?

Not yet. Our measured example is the Crazy Picasso group, a paint-and-sip and events business, and we label it that way. We won’t show you numbers we don’t have.

03Can you guarantee more calls?

No. Nobody can honestly guarantee calls or rankings. We find and fix what is in the way, track what happens, and report it plainly.

04What does the $495 diagnostic include?

A review of your website and conversion path, Google and Maps visibility, reviews and content, follow-up and CRM, and tracking, plus a competitor snapshot and a prioritized 90-day plan. The full $495 is credited toward Foundation or the first retainer month when signed within 14 days.

05Who owns the website and the Google profile?

You do. Your domain, website, content and accounts stay in your company’s name.
